Staff
Fully staffed compound, including project management and administration, guestrooms, cooks, gardeners, maintenance and security.

Accommodations
Ten air-conditioned double rooms, eight rooms in Lumbungs, one Library Guest Room and one River Guest Room.  All rooms come with A/C and ensuite bathrooms. For larger size groups,Purnati collaborates with neighborhood hotels that provide rooms an additional board for the overflow guests. A daily shuttle service between properties can be arranged.

The Amphitheatre (The Theatre Beji)
Capacity: 100 persons for an outdoor amphitheater-style seated audience, plus additional seating on a grassy knoll.  Stage area– 115 m².

The Floating Pavilion (The Bale Kambang)
Ground Floor and 1st floor areas both 120 m². The G/F room is an indoor and A/C room whilst the 1st floor is a covered but open air area  with wooden flooring.  The 1st floor has overflow, uncovered side terraces of 20 m² on each side of the building. In addition, the G/F has a Buffet Kitchen and a Library with en-suite bathroom.  There are two W/C and powder room areas on the G/F.

The Swimming Pool
8 x 22 meters infinity edge pool with 270 degree wrap around stone deck of 220 m².  Adjacent to the pool is a comfortable lounging Bale with thatched roof.

Two-Story Wooden Lumbungs
G/F 44m² outdoors covered eating area under each lumbung.  Two 26m² Bedrooms 1st Floor & 2nd Floor each with private stairways entrances and 8m² frontal open balcony on 1st floor.  Bedrooms are A/C and with en-suite bathrooms (1st floor bath and 2nd floor copper shower).

Washroom and Changing Room
facilities in lumbungs: bathtubs on all first floors; showers on all second floors; vanities, mirrors, toilets, laundry baskets and other amenities provided on all floors.

Kitchen
The compound has three kitchens:  One central kitchen in the Service Area, one Buffet kitchen in the Bale Kambang and one small kitchen in the warung.  Our kitchen can support buffet style Asian and Western events up to 100 guests.  Fine outside catering services are also available.

Service Area Parking
covered parking for 6 cars but an open area of 320 m² allows for private parking on the premises.

Wireless WIFI
is provided onsite in a limited area around the Lumbungs and Service areas.

Lamps & Power Points in Guest Rooms
19 per room, including halogen lighting, many plug-in points and generous exterior lighting

Stand-by Diesel Power Generator
An automatic switchover power generator of 100 KVH is available onsite on standby mode on a 12 hours on/2 hours off operating mode.
